The filters were of much lower quality than what I had ordered previously. They did not fit well and did not have the blue piece to tell you which side is up. This lower quality filter is available elsewhere at a lower price.

I initially was charged for overnight shipping ($127) which I did not select. I called and they were able to reroute to normal delivery, although when I initially got online, there was mention of free delivery. Had to wait several days for refund of overnight delivery costs. Filters were delivered in less than a week as ordered.

This was my first time purchasing filters for my furnace. I was worried at first because the product had changed its look. However, I was pleasantly surprised! My order arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and actually looked so much better in person! I'm looking forward to seeing how long these new filters last and fully believe I'll be purchasing more in the future.

Their site made it easy to find my furnace filter. The site keeps track of my previous orders so that I can easily re-order. Cost is same as amazon and a lot less than getting the filter from the service technician. Shipping takes about a week, so be sure to order in advance.

Since I had ordered two different size filters before, I knew what I wanted and they were in stock. I liked that there were several different term options for having them sent automatically for a reduced price. The ordering was smooth and the filters came quickly to my home.
