"There are so many things to love about Floor $ Decor..."More
There are so many things to love about Floor $ Decor including their great selection of tile and related products, their competitive pricing, the ease of navigating their store, clean bathrooms and free samples for design and construction professionals. However, it’s the great people who staff their stores who go above and beyond to offer great customer service that make me drive quite a ways away instead of hitting another big box store right near my house. Shout out to Chris, and Kevin (who gave great service inside the store) and Badr and Dillon (who loaded a large order out in front of the store) all at the Carmel Mountain location. You really impressed both me and my clients who were there with me so way to represent your business guys!!!Less

"Barbara Cruz was a superb sales associate who helped..."More
Barbara Cruz was a superb sales associate who helped us at the cash register on 2/14/26.She treated us so kindly and expeditiously, and took care to help us complete our purchase by establishing a F & D credit card. She was so pleasant and friendly and we were very happy with our purchase. She is an exemplar employee.Less

"The building of my custom home has brought me to this..."More
The building of my custom home has brought me to this store many, many times for design changes, exchanges, returns. I have been to stores in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and St. Petersburg, but the Gainesville store has the BEST customer service of all of them!
Savanna and Haley made several return, exchange, and purchase transactions at the ProDesk. They were both so courteous and made each process go very smoothly. They never gave up until each transaction (no matter how complicated) was successfully completed and to my satisfaction.
Calvin was so helpful in providing information on the large scale Pianetto Belaire tile that we last purchased. He asked us if we needed help, and provided so much assistance, product information, and answered all of our questions. He followed through to make that sale!
Griff (with the suspenders) did a great job in coordinating the offload of all the tiles being returned, and the loading up of all the replacement tiles that we took home. (And we had a lot!) He even looked after our car (that we left all open) in the back loading dock area.
Odessa processed our return and purchase transactions with ease at the front register. She was so pleasant, greeting me at the door and always repeatedly asking how she could help….Always with a smile!
I truly believe that when there are so many excellent employees—there is also excellent Management. Alex the Store Manager, has proved my theory! The Gainesville Floor & Decor store has got to be the BEST store in Florida!
Thanks to you all!Less
