I received flowers from my daughter and son in law for Mother's Day. I was so excited as this was the first time I had received flowers from my kids, shipped to me, as they newlyweds and live in another state. I actually cried just seeing the box. But SADLY, the flowers inside were awful, they were dry and dead on arrival, and had no water. BUT, just before opening my box, I went online and ordered a really nice arrangement to be sent to my mother in law from this same company. I thought if my kids ordered from this company, I should and it was 2 days before Mothers day. I ordered then I opened my box and saw the flowers were dead. I immediately wanted to cancel my order right away for fear my mother In law would receive dry and ugly flowers as well, and I paid $60.00 I called Cust service and they said they would resend flowers to me (which would arrive on Tuesday). They also said they would make sure the flowers I sent were even better than I ordered (they made them Deluxe!) I got a photo of the flowers I sent, and they were beautiful, and they arrived the day before Mothers day. She was happy, and that made me happy. On Tuesday my new arrangement arrived and they were way better! Glad I called Cust service to fix this!! I really wish I could attach the photo of the dead flowers, it was unbelievable. I do hope they never do that again to anyone.Less

The final price was different than the quoted price. I tried to use my $16.14 discount since I ordered flowers 3 times this week. (including this order). I am a bit disappointed because I was so pleased with the other 2 orders. Since I wrote the above note, my order was delivered and the recipients are very pleased. They sent a picture and the quality of the arrangement is excellent.Less
