I think JTV is a great source for fashion jewelry but I don't think I would ever consider them for anything fine, like a wedding ring for example. Their prices on sterling silver and natural or lab created gemstones jewelry is honestly unbeatable. The pieces I've purchased are always well made and they hold up well over time, but the biggest plus is that you're not going to get scammed! If it's listed as natural Amethyst you're getting a natural Amethyst, if it's listed as lab created Sapphire you're getting a lab created Sapphire, and so on and so forth. You're not going to get "the deal of a lifetime" on a precious million dollar stone but you can get something beautiful to wear that is exactly what it claims to be and that's all I need them to offer. Policies have gone waaayyy downhill in the last 2 years though. You used to get "Brilliant Cash" for every single purchase now it's only for stuff you buy with their janky credit card, and you used to get you 14 day price match money back on your payment method but now it's just store credit which is also trash.

I enjoy shopping on JTV. Returns are easy - if I'm not pleased just ship it back. They give 30 days. However, I keep almost everything. The sales people are very informative. Just learn your dimentions. i.e. centimeters and milimeters. Many stones are smaller than they appear. But once you learn the size, it is easy to find the deals. I use for me but mainly for my business.I try to not pay for shipping ( to me ) so that if I have to return then I don't feel bad shipping back to them. I do make my own shipping labels via Pirate or USPS. These are a bit cheaper than using the ones from JTV. Also they always have a coupon - try to use it. I would give JTV 8 or 9 out of 10.

This will probably be my last earring purchase from JTV!! The moissanite studs look beautiful, but afraid to wear them because the post backing is very loose on both pair that I just purchased. In the past jtv replaced the backs, this time I was told their all the same size. I can't say I truly believe that because Bali post earrings are bigger than moissanite earrings. I had stopped shopping because of being disappointed before, but when I saw these, & I had brilliant cash to use, I thought I'd give it another try. JTV you use to fix your issues. This time I was told to go to Walmart. Again, I'm just very disappointed! I have 2 new pair of earrings that are very pretty, but will I be able to find backs to fit, and then I still have to pay more for them!!!

I have purchased several pieces from JTV & my favorites are the S. Titoniate rings. They have the most beautiful bright sparkle I've ever seen! I have worn the 1st one every single day since it arrived 2 months ago. Still as beautiful as day 1! I will be adding to my collection again very soon! So gorgeous! Thank you JTV for bringing these to us & for making it so easy, fast & affordable! DS

They don’t tell you certain information before you place your order the agent that called me did not accommodate my order she just cancelled all the orders I placed because I placed them with a prepaid card they should of let me keep my orders very disappointed mind you the first two rings I purchased turned my fingers black unless than a week the rings are overpriced to turn your skin green in less than a week very disappointing in the customer service and the quality of the jewelry
