Honestly, my most recent experience with Online Labels felt like a mix of positives and frustrations. On the good side, I really appreciated how easy it was to find the label size I needed and how quickly everything shipped out. The selection is impressive, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other places I’ve tried. When the labels came, the material quality felt sturdy and professional, which was reassuring since I need them for my business. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The printing process was a bit tricky — the alignment didn’t come out perfect at first, and the software felt a little clunky to navigate. It took extra trial and error (and wasted sheets) before I got it right. The print quality on the labels could also look a little pixelated depending on the design, which was frustrating because I wanted everything to look really clean. Overall, I’d still recommend Online Labels, especially if someone wants affordable, good-quality labels with lots of options. I just think it’s worth knowing you might need to spend extra time tweaking your print setup to get everything looking perfect.

I so wanted this to be a 5 star rating and had my labels looked like the proof it would have been. Before I ordered from this company I spoke to a man (not sure if it was the same person or not) on 2 separate occasions. He seemed so helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Even suggested I order a sheet proof because it was cost effective. He also explained that if the proof came back to my liking when I placed my big order the quality would be even better because it's printed on laser. I got my proof and was so happy. It came out beautiful. I went ahead and placed my order. What I love about this company is they have low minimums for labels too. After I placed my order, it showed my order would be shipped on or before the 8th. The 9th came and it was still showing in production. I called and spoke to a gentleman who said they were being shipped that day. They shipped on Monday and I got them next day. A couple of issues I had - the color was slightly different. What appeared brown in the proof looked red on the final ones. I had spoken to I believe a woman named Trish who said they can't guarantee color. While disappointing, I can understand that. Different machines may print different colors. I noticed on a bunch of my rolls the 2nd label on the roll was missing. Some were actually on the outside of the box. She said they usually print more and I wouldn't be shorted. I did not actually undo the whole roll to count tu verify. My last issue was the text was more crisp on the proof then my final ones. I asked if it was because these were gloss and she said next time to get the matte and it should be more crisp because the gloss has a coating on it. That part was my fault. When I went back to my original order for the proofs it didn't specify matte or gloss and because it had a slight shine to it I thought it was gloss. The labels were beautiful but the text not being crisp and clear and these are on a cosmetic product and not knowing how the color will vary is disappointing.

The product quality is great. I have never had any issues with printing on laser or inkjet and the maestro label designer is easy to use with a lot of useful features, however the price is not great for what you get and the shipping they charge is quite high. Actually profitable which is completely unethical. I am currently looking for a new supplier as I convert all of my designs to canva so that I no longer require their maestro program. My annual fee to use canva and customize labels far outweighs the purchase price for labels from online lables just to use their program. It should become more affordable as my business grows but I find it just as expensive. Where they offer a discount for purchasing more labels, they just increase the shipping cost way above what the actual cost is. I feel they think that we don't realize what the cost is, yet we are small businesses that ship a lot and know exactly how much shipping is. Some of us just have no choice but to purchase here.

I would not recommend Online Labels. The type of material you are purchasing is not made clear in the selection you make, you must dig around through links to find this information. Almost like they want to trick you into buying something you don't want or need. I accidentally bought the wrong material this way. And while I have the option of returning said item, the price I already paid for shipping plus the price I would have to pay to ship it back outweigh the price of the item itself. Totally not worth my money when I have already wasted it on a product I don't need to spend even more just to return it. Return shipping should be covered by the company. Additionally, the labels I bought were very poorly packaged. No clamshell, just the outer envelope, and so multiple pages were bent. So unimpressed. I am left with overpriced, bent paper labels that I have no use for, and I am out almost 70 cents a page for them. What a waste. I definitely will not be buying from this website again.

I’ve been using online labels for several years now for my handmade aromatherapy products making business. The ink doesn’t smudge and I like the glossy finish. Recently, I got a laser printer but before I was using an inkjet printer. I didn’t realize that the labels I had already purchased were for ink jet only and I was trying to use them in my laser printer. When I was having trouble printing them, I contacted online labels, and they helped me to realize that I was using the wrong labels and I should purchase the labels recommended for laser printers. They let me return the inkjet labels and gave me a partial refund. So I purchased labels fit for a laser printer, and I’ve been trying the different ones out to see what I like. They work well in my printer, and I don’t have any printing problems now. I like this company. The customer service is great and the labels are great for my product making business.
