Troy Burleson shares how Rapid Radios kept his Disaster Response Team connected across 4,000 air miles during a hurricane mission in Hawaii.
Rapid Radios gave Troy and his team a practical communication tool they could use from Hawaii to Arkansas. The experience was straightforward: turn on the radio, connect with the team, and get to work.
For teams that need to stay in contact across wide distances, Rapid Radios can make communication feel immediate — whether the mission is in Hawaii, back at headquarters, or anywhere in between.

At Rapid Radios, our values aren't just words on a wall — they're personal. 💛 Our team recently sat down with a list of values ranging from Adventure to Integrity to Community, and each of us narrowed it down to the two that resonate most. Then we turned those values into personal statements about how we want them to shape our time here.
It was a simple exercise with a powerful result: a reminder that great company culture starts with individual hearts, not just a mission statement.

🌲What if you fall out there and no one hears you?
Every hiker, runner, and camper who's pushed past their carrier's coverage knows that flicker of "what if." A regular phone is locked to one network — when that network drops, you drop with it. The RAD1 isn't locked to anything. It hops between all the major cell networks and seamlessly switches to whichever signal is strongest, covering 99% of the country. Push the button and someone hears you.
99% nationwide coverage. Days of battery. If you need help, help knows where you are.
Go farther. Worry less. RapidRadios.com

🏈Gameday means 65,000 phones fighting for the same signal — texts stuck, calls dropped, your family scattered anywhere from your seats to the concession stands. Rapid Radios skips the stadium's overloaded network entirely, running on nationwide LTE, seamlessly grabbing the strongest available signal. You're connected with one button, instantly, every time. No license, no setup — just push, talk, done. 📵➡️🔊

Jared provided me with exceptional customer service. He guided me through a rather unique issue with professionalism and efficiency. Jared had our issue resolved in less than 15 minutes, all through email. I’m very pleased with the level of service we received and glad that we use Rapid Radios for our communication needs.Less

"We received the two pack of radios quickly and found..."More
I placed my order for our Rapid Radios by phone. The customer service representative was very cordial, knowledgeable, pleasant young lady who made the ordering process easy. We received the two pack of radios quickly and found them to be fairly easy to use. However, questions did arise regarding how to set up our account . I sent an email late evening and first thing in the morning, I had a detailed response. I then had a question regarding setting the time and date. I sent an email with my question and enter Joey.
He responded quickly with details and said if I had further questions to contact him. I did have a clarification question about one of the steps, and again, quick, detailed response.
We are very happy with the Rapid Radios as well as the customer service they provide!Less

We have been using rapid radios in our tow company now for about a week. 2 of us have purchased a combined 8 radios and they work amazing and work flawlessly. We have 6 of the regular radios and I ordered a base/car unit and the new Rad1 unit. Being 2 of us order we have 2 different groups but rapid radios has a super simple form to group them all together so we can all be on 1 group and talk to each other! Their customer service is super fast and super helpful even through email! I recommend this company 1000% and I think we are going to order radios for all of our drivers to be able to communicate easily Less
