I ordered 8 mini metals. It took a little over a week to receive them, which I thought was really good. I did not pay extra for rush shipping, so I was pleased with the length of time it took to receive the prints. I think the quality of what I received was very good--especially for the price. I had also ordered metal prints from another source that was twice the price so I could compare the quality. For six of the eight metal prints I received from Zno, there was no discernible difference in quality between those and the more expensive prints. For the other two, there was a slight difference in color which I thought was deeper and more vibrant in the expensive prints from the other company. If I didn't have those two prints for comparison, I would have been completely pleased with my Zno order. Most people would be very satisfied with Zno's quality. For the price, I don't think Zno can be beat for the vast majority of users.

ZNO has been my go to photo product place for years. I loved their phone app and when they discontinued it, it made it more challenging to create what I wanted but I recently ordered a fairly large framed photo I took as a gift for a friend for Christmas. It arrived a couple days ago and definitely did not disappoint! Wonderful quality! Beautiful workmanship and fair pricing . I have used many different photo production companies and ZNO is heads above the others as far as professional quality! Wonderful products! Dependable service and very fine quality. Now I just wish they would bring back that phone app because it was fantastic!

I have used Zno three previous times to produce luxurious photo albums of my wildlife and landscape photo trips. Each time, I was delighted with the results. For my fourth album, I included a night photograph of the Milky Way where I used a star tracker for the shoot. The star tracker allowed me to extend my exposure time which enabled me to capture not only pinpoint stars but also many more stars. When I received the album, all the photos were fine except the night photo. Most of the stars were not visible. I was very disappointed and I contacted Zno. Jenny of Customer Support was very supportive, patient and responsive. We worked through various scenarios to bring out the stars. After making the adjustments, I executed a re-submission. I received the revised album yesterday and I am happy with the results and experience. Thank you Jenny!

I ordered a folio box print set with 20 matted prints and the box came in HALF Empty!!! When i reached ou to ZNO, they told me that I ordered correctly - and that is just the way it comes in with the 100mm box. had I known my box would only be half filled, i would have ordered more prints or a smaller box. this box looks like i misordered and forgot to fill the rest of the box. i can't use it as a studio display. i am trying to work it out with zno,.... but as usual zno never takes accountability. they just want me to order more print or order a new set. no discount. no store credit to compensate. this is not the first time i have had issues with zno. zno never wants to fix the problem. i llike their products but this commpany clearly only gives a shit about making money and not their clients.

I was considering using a company more local. However, free sample albums to demonstrate quality and options to clients really won me over. Excellent quality, largest amount of customization options I’ve seen anywhere to date and rapid two day shipping… even with all of the potential logistical issues and tax/fee concerns in 2025 many of us have. Pages are also a touch thicker than many competitors. I plan to use them for all of my upcoming clients.
