      Stayed here during a short trip to Kissimmee area after having to change plans last minute. I booked a king suite, where I stayed for 4 nights.

      Pros: I was happy with the size of the room, comfort of the bed and pillows, and the fact that breakfast was included in my nightly rate of $89. Breakfast options were decent, but there was almost never any fruit. Options included: 3 variations of cereal, oatmeal packets, waffles, danishes/donuts, bagels, hard boiled eggs (not fresh though), and yogurt.

      Cons: The place was not well maintained nor clean. I recognize Covid is causing staff shortages and possible other challenges. I arrived late to my room, and was disappointed to find hair in the sink, remnants of trash and soap in the shower, stained towels and bedding, hair and other debris on the couch, and a poorly vacuumed carpet. Complaints to front reception next morning were met with an offer for housekeeping. I returned later that night to find all my problem areas still untouched, except the hair in the sink. Staff offered another room, which immediately also appeared as if not vacuumed - I opted to stay in my room, so reception gracefully spot cleaned my areas of concern. I often opted to use the stairwell, and the carpets there remained filthy from my arrival to departure. The hallways had a distinctly musty odor.

      What made me most uncomfortable about the cleanliness, especially after direct and repeat complaints, was the fact that it was unlikely the room was actually "sterilized" between guests.

      Stay away from this dirty, dark roach motel! I checked in and was immediately welcomed by roach #1. I asked to be moved to another room and I was told that I could only see a couple more options and then I would have to leave. The next rooms I saw also has roaches and dirty tubs. The "employee" who was "helping me" literally watched 3 generations of roaches crawl throughout the bathroom and refused to give me refund. I called Amex to get a refund and one of their reps called the hotel to get the refund approved and the person working gave her a fake name. Also told her to "ask the bugs" if they were alive and crawling. Had to call the next day to speak to the manager.

      I don't want to give any rating at all. I stayed Friday night and woke with itchy bites on my legs and ankles. I purchased alcohol for the next night as I didn't see anything in the bed. Sunday morning around 2:15 am I woke up itching on my arms. Immediately started spraying the alcohol and saw a bed bug. I asked front desk if he could change my room. He stated he could not help me just sleep in the next bed. I told him I was uncomfortable with that. He told me he couldn't help me. I went and packed my things and put them in my car. I'm visiting from another state so I don't have anywhere else to go. I sat in the lobby to charge my phone, I also started asking other guests if they were experiencing bed bugs also. I was informed that had to leave the premises with that nonsense. I told him nonsense is nothing could be done about bed bugs in my room. After some back and forth I requested to speak to a manager. He told me he was the manager but he refused to talk to me any further . He refused to give me his name. After sitting there for 10 minutes he magically had another room. He asked me to check out the room to make sure it was okay or will I just find another reason to complain. I didn't even mentioned the room smelled. He continued to make rude and condescending comments. I told him I refused to be treated like I did something wrong and I left to sleep in my car. You can enlarge the picture to see the bug

      Would most definitely give this 0 stars if I could based on customer service alone. My family and I booked here, even though we live 10min away in an emergency because our AC went out and house was registering at 102 inside, my kids were sick so there was no way we could stay at home. I booked at 8pm and then found someone willing to come fix our AC. I tried canceling the reservation within less than 15min of booking. We booked Through expedia who was happy to assist us with cancelling the reservation but the property refused to grant the request. I was in immediate contact with them and explained our situation and they still refused. There was absolutely no compassion or understanding. I got charged $180 for rooms that were never used. This was not a leisurely stay as my first choice for a vacation wouldn't be 10min from my home. The lack of compassion shown by the property is very sad and to me is bad business practice. I have reached out to the property and the general manager with 0 response. Very sad.

      MUST READ
      (I had my ONE year old daughter with me)
      * THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE ASSIGNED TO THERE WAS PEOPLE INSIDE THE ROOM (one person was naked in the bed) WHEN WE WALKED IN.
      * THE SECOND ROOM THEY ASSIGNED US HAD DIRTY SHEETS AND PILLOWS. The beds were made but the sheets were used!! GROSS!!!!!!!
      * THE THIRD ROOM HAD BED BUGS. I woke up with bites all over my ankles and on my daughters legs!
      * I talked to the manager and he was extremely rude about it. He told me no refunds mid conversation I hadn't even asked for a refund. HOW DISRESPECTFUL.
      Unsafe hotel especially for kids!!
      Lock your hotel doors because people will walk in!

      It's a clean hotel I used to pass through. It's nothing fancy but it was CLEAN and quiet. It's really cheap and the staff was nice!

      I saw no since in spending a lot of money on a room that I was going to use, for just a few hours of sleep.

      It was not far from Animal Kingdom. It was by a lot of things; gas stations, Chick-fil-A, grocery stores, dept stores, etc.

      Now, the area was a bit difficult to get around. Roads were very aggravating because there were one way streets and no U turns accepted.

      The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. AC was good. I was not there long enough to eat their breakfast or use their t.v.

      Food on the floor,tennis ball next to the bed,2 towels and the reservation was for 3 and went and ask and got told they ran out of towels. First time in 30 years that i've heard that from rhe front lobby person.the microwave didn't have the plate. The fridge was dirty ,one pillow had a red stain and the bathroom only had 1 light working the other was flickering. The room was dirty all over no vacumm was done to it because of the food and tennis balls.. and the electricity ports on the walls didn't work! It was the first time staying in this chain of hotels and probably the last.. ohh one more. When i went to do the check in the guy was literally playing on his phone and i stood over there for a least a good 7 or 8 seconds just watchin him playing on the phone. First time doing a bad review on anything but this one i just couldn't let pass..

      Horrible. Normally don't stay at low-grade hotels but this was an emergency trip and during spring break so had no other choice without an outrageous rate. Rooms only cleaned every OTHER day. Tiny lumpy pillows on a king bed. We asked for different pillows but they had none. Ceiling plaster literally falling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the "droppings" were never cleaned up after 6 days. Ice machines don't work. Guys at the desk just sit there looking at their phone. No "good morning" or "welcome back". Not friendly or helpful at all. Orange juice at the "breakfast" was like watered down Tang. All in all, just not a nice place to stay. We would normally stay at the Hampton Inn right next door, but not for $450 a night for spring break.

      Room was humid, smelt wet and moldy. Also, went to front desk and they actually came into our room and smelt it as well, but didn't want to go us a new room. He just sprayed with febreze and said they were packed... there barely any cars around hotel area. Plus, my girlfriend was pregnant.
