Comfort Inn & Suites Van Buren - Fort Smith

Stayed at this location and was warmly welcomed by the lady at the front desk in arrival. Nice, friendly staff.
My room was a king size room which was nicely fitted out and the walkways/hallways were very wide which was so nice!
This location has an indoor pool, vending machines take cash only, and this location is not far off the main interstate highway and the travel noise was minimal as I was in a front facing room on opposite side from freeway.
Breakfast is included and is typical buffet waffle makers, sausage Pattie's, bagel/toast/muffin selection, instant oatmeal was awesome choice, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and cream cheese selection, scrambled eggs or this location offered round cooked eggs to make a breakfast sandwich easier, loved that!
Lots of coffee and hot water for tea. No hot chocolate sadly. And bigger hot cups would be appreciated.
Would be great to have non dairy options.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

We have stayed her many times in the past when it was a Quality Inn (also part of the Choice Hotel brands). Always clean. Room smells fresh.
The reason for the not great review is because the shower was broken and there was no coffee either in the room or in the lobby. I went downstairs to ask for coffee, rang the bell twice, waited and waited and no one came to the desk.
