Pilot Travel Center

This place is dirtier than Mississippi. The showers are so small. They need to be completely remodeled. Pilot makes to much money for the shower to be so goddamn small, grimy, and raggedy. It felt as if someone was watching us from the ceiling. Check out the pictures I'm attaching, the attendant Stephen was nice but is over worked it's way too much for him to do by himself. It should be 2 attendees because we waited over 45 minutes on a shower. Thats ridiculous !

The people here are kind and courteous. It is kept pretty clean. And they have make and female bathrooms. I like to get the perks here and birthday specials! The fuel and gasoline isn't always cheaper here but quite often it is. They have a good selection of health food ( although overpriced) for those who want to eat something nutritious rather than the toxic foods they are selling now days. If you can call it food.

Overall it's a pretty good Pilot in Cleveland TN.

This place was clean and has lots of food options. We are here really late so McDonald's was closed but the Subway was open. But there is so much to choose from.

If you are looking for the best prices on fuel you have to look for a Pilot. Located on many Interstate highways they almost always have the lowest prices in the area. At $2.09 this was the lowest price around. This one seems to be a fairly new or recently remodeled station as it is extra clean and is located just on the north side of Chattanooga with easy on/off the interstate. There is a McDonalds here but, we did not go in.

There are 21 of these all over the country. Which is how 21 Pilots got their name.

Not really, there are way way more Pilots than 21, but all the other locations employ heathens, so take it slow. They don't deal with outsiders very well. They say newcomers have a certain smell.

But anyway, this is one of my favourite Pilots. It's set quite far back from the Interstate, north of the road, with a pretty decent McDonalds inside. It's massive, with every truck stop amenity you could think of, selling all kinds of overpriced goodies and charging $10 for showers. Still, they're really nice showers.

I spend a lot of time in truck stops like this when I'm touring. A lot of the time, these truck stops don't have the best prices on gas, but this Pilot is actually one of the cheaper stops around the area. So it easily scores 4.

The McDonalds worker was clearly racist. She took all the orders of the black customers and ignored all of the white customers. 5 people left and got food in the gas station.
The gas station is clean and nice.

Nice rest stop, getting fuel, and something to snack on. Clean restrooms.
They have a Subway and a McDonalds.
They have the cheapest gas here.
Would highly recommend..

This Pilot location is one of the fanciest (it's newer) spots I've been too. I can see why it's pretty busy.
-Easy access to get in and out of (right off the exit)
-Plenty of parking if you want to go inside the convenient store or stretch your legs.
-Clean restrooms
-Fast check out and friendly staff
-Convenient store has great selection of snacks, alcohol, necessities, etc.
-Coffee is fresh (seasonal-they have the pumpkins spice coffee, too).
-Gas is cheaper (currently, I was able to gas for only $2.43 a gallon).
I really like this location (Cleveland, TN area).

There is also a Subway and McDonalds (drive thru for McDonalds) connected next to the Convenient store. Very clean.

I already bookmarked and will come to this gas station more often when I travel.

Plus sign up for their rewards card, it is worth it (free).

Really clean, large gas station. Nice store inside and clean bathrooms too. Employees were very very nice and welcoming

Two stars for cheap gas. Minus 3 stars for the slowest gas pumps I've ever seen. Always slow.

How does a new station with new everything run so slow. I took a nap in my car waiting on it to fill.
