I had 700 left on a gift card and the app wasn't working and then it expired and couldn't use it! so they took the money

I'm disappointed. This app has malfunctions . Some gift cards could not be used and remove card option in the wallet disappeared suddenly. I have to track by other means which gift card was used and which one available for use.
