I did see some people commented that the board is little wobbly without specifics. After receiving the product and reading the installation manual, I then was quite surprised honestly by the design. There are a total of five brackets: two for the driver and three for the passenger side, respectively. Considering the passenger side board is 75" long, it is no wondering to me that may be wobbly. Granted, this is a design issue. But nowhere on the Amazon website can I find any mounting information. When requested for return, HD Ridez at APS Autoparts Specialist deemed the return as no fault of them even though I did state the reason of returning. Thus, I'm responsible for the shipping cost plus 20% re-stocking fee. I may partially agree with their approach for fending off arbitrary returns and the associated cost. So, I am willing to pay the shipping cost. But the 20% re-stocking fee is a bit excessive and not really acceptable to me. Afterall, there is no description or picture for the mounting arrangement on the website for customers to ascertain the robustness of the design. While I'd assume the lack of information is not intentional, my return decision is not an arbitrary one either.
