2.0 is garnering attention from all over and Rajinikanth's fans are gushing about the film all over social media. Besides smashing numerous records at the box office, 2.0 is also receiving terrific reviews from critics and fans. And the latest one to join the bandwagon is Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu who was all praise for the makers of 2.0. The actor took to his social networking page and posted a post about 2.0, calling it “a cinematic gem”. “#2point0 is a cinematic gem!!! Gives you a never before seen experience... @shankarshanmugh sir ups his game to an all new level of sheer brilliance?? thoroughly enjoyed it ???? Congratulations to @rajinikanth sir, @akshaykumar and the entire team of 2.0, [sic]" wrote Mahesh Babu in his tweet. 2.0 is the first film in Indian cinema to have been completely shot in 3D. Rajinikanth is seen playing quadruple roles in this film and Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is seen playing the evil force in the plot. 2.0 is said to have a social message about conserving the nature and environment which is being lauded by audience. Director Shankar, in an interview, had said that the trailer, which was released a while ago, is just a sample of what the film will have and the real stuff is in the film. The makers are urging audience to watch 2.0 in the 3D format only to experience the best cinematic feel ever.
