I wrote to the seller, and he said that damage is usually caught before shipment. This is a good seller, although I am somewhat disappointed due to the damage. Worked Like a Charm
I bought this to replace a 15 or 16 year old thermostat that blew out during Hurricane Ian. I removed the damaged one and plugged in the new one and everything has been working great since. Thanks again.
