What service do you provide to Gunfighters? "I provide COMSEC keying material to the required units on MHAFB in support of their home station and deployed missions. I also help resolve problems our users have with STU-III and STE terminals."

Hobbies: Traveling, drawing, listening to loud music and hanging with my friends

Most memorable Air Force moment: "While stationed at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, I had the privilege of joining the German infantry for two days of weapons qualifications. I qualified silver in three weapons and was awarded a decoration for my efforts."

Interesting personal fact: "When I was 9, I got to start engines on a C-130 at Kadena Air Base."

Why does Senior Airman Sean P. Vandewalle deserve to be recognized as a warrior of the week? "SrA Vandewalle has been a significant contributor to the mission success of the 366th Communications Squadron and the wing COMSEC Account. His efforts have improved overall security of operations and his training ability has enhanced the performance of unit level accounts and responsible officers, base-wide. As he is separating after 6 years of honorable service to his country, he can leave the Air Force knowing his efforts made a tremendous difference in securing our communications--critical to our nation's security and defense."
